There are a number of ways to arrange for payment for your therapy, and this is a personal choice.  I can offer private pay or direct insurance billing (with possible co-pay required by you).

 

If you choose NOT to involve your insurance company or do not have insurance and would like to pay out of pocket, please contact me and we can further discuss fee for service.
